Representantes de Asociación de Hogares Asistidos se movilizaron en reclamo de atraso de cuatro meses en partidas

Representatives of home assistance associations are protesting the four-month delay in payments from their contracting organization, which receives funds from the Ministry of Social Development to provide services for people with social needs. This delay has led to the closure of homes and financial hardship for many associations, forcing them to take on loans and face a growing debt. The associations assist over 700 individuals who are formerly homeless and struggling with substance abuse issues.
